We sincerely hope there's no need to return our products but if something's gone wrong please get in touch with us.
We're very reasonable & want you to enjoy our products and service. If we have made a mistake or you can show that our product has arrived damaged then we'll be happy to offer a refund or exchange in most circumstances.

Please provide photo evidence so we can assess the damage and provide a refund or exchange if required.
