Shipping policy

We normally use Australia Post for our Deliveries. On some occasion we may use Sendle, which is a door to door service requiring no signature on receipt. 

For express postage we will use Australia Post.

Please note that products that contain alcohol such as certain Essential Oils are considered as flammable items and cannot be sent by Express Post via airmail.

Please ensure your provide any specific delivery location information in the delivery notes section and consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels.


Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
 
Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday. 
The Amber Trail does not process orders or dispatch parcels over the weekend, therefore, if you purchase on a Friday your order may not be processed until the following Monday.
 
Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirm email along with a tracking code. Once your order is sent, it’s in the hands of the courier service provided. If your item is delayed or has not arrived, please contact them directly. If a claim needs to be made due to an item being lost, we will require it to be accepted before offering an exchange or refund of the order.
