Palo Santo (Bursera Graveolens) is known as 'Holy Wood' in its native South America.  Belonging to the same family as Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal, it is also a ceremonial plant, and has a very complex scent with notes of pine, mint and lemon.   

Palo Santo is known and loved for its energetically cleansing and healing properties. Its beautiful scent is highly vibrational and is a wonderful meditation aid.  

We offer a choice of Pure Palo Santo Incense Sticks,  Palo Santo with Black Copal which creates a rather beautiful earthy scent and Palo Santo with Myrrh for a fully sacred offering.

Understandably, there are concerns about the sustainability of plants such as this. Our Palo Santo comes from a small group of entrepreneurs in the Peruvian jungle who are part of and dedicated to working with local indigenous communities and protecting the native environment. They are working within a forest concession provided by the Peruvian state. By burning our Palo Santo you are supporting local indigenous communities and protecting their vital environment.
